The congregational coaching commitment begins with a 2-day training module. The learning community lasts 10 months. Your anticipated commitment is from August to June each year. June includes our annual conference attendance (not required).

When will training begin?

Coach training is scheduled in August of each year. Our Launch Retreat is tentatively scheduled in September. This is the time of year that all accepted churches and learning communities gather for orientation.

What is the average monthly time commitment?

We estimate that our coaches will engage with congregations 4 to 5 hours per month over a 10-month period of time.

Is there a certification for coaching?

We partner with Heart + Start Consulting for coach training. Our coaches receive certification as congregational coaches from FaithLearnThrive.

How much does it cost?

Our selected coaches will receive FREE coach training and coaching for coaches by Heart + Start Coaching. In addition, coaching with us is a paid commitment.

Can I use the coaching materials in my own coaching business?

The coaching materials provided are the proprietary assets of Heart + Start Coaching and The Congregational Faith & Learning Center (FaithLearnThrive).
